Job Summary
Under direct supervision, responds to phone calls received to the Contact Center; registers patient demographic and insurance information; schedules patient appointments; responds with information, assistance, or transfers the call to appropriate person or department; researches and documents patient information to facilitate appointment scheduling. The Patient Scheduler I is expected to meet Key Performance Indicators ( KPI ), quality metrics, and to uphold a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma; customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
