Job Summary
Under close supervision, the Master Scheduler is responsible for providing high quality and efficient customer service to providers, clinical staff, and non-clinical staff in creating and editing master schedules. This position will be responsible for daily edits, bumping of patients, and creating master schedules. The Master Scheduler is expected to meet Key Performance Indicators ( KPI ), quality metrics, and to uphold a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma; 1-2 years customer service experience required. Related experience in a healthcare setting using IDX /Epic preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
