We are seeking,on behalf of our client, (Business Manager) to lead store operations,supervise the sales team, achieve targets, and enhance customer experience. Therole focuses on driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage andoperate the store efficiently in accordance with established policies andprocedures. Develop andimplement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet defined targets. Lead, guide,and continuously train and develop the in -store team. Monitor dailyand weekly sales performance and analyze reports to make effective businessdecisions. Overseeinventory, conduct periodic stocktaking, and ensure product availability. Enhancecustomer experience by ensuring service quality and attention to detail. Collaboratewith other departments (Marketing, Upper Management, Procurement) to achievebusiness goals. Provide regularperformance reports, analyze trends, and offer strategic recommendations. Handle customercomplaints and problems professionally to maintain customer satisfaction andloyalty. RequirementsBachelor'sdegree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years ofexperience in sales and store management.Strongmanagerial skills, ability to lead teams effectively, and excellent English language.Proficient indata analysis, decision -making, POS systems, and inventory management software.Ability to workunder pressure, meet sales targets within set timelines, and adapt to dynamicbusiness environments.
