Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking,on behalf of our client (Supply Chain Manager) to oversee and optimizethe company's supply chain operations.Responsibilities:Develop andimplement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.Plan inventoryneeds based on sales data and market forecasts.Negotiate withsuppliers regarding orders, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.Prepare andissue purchase orders, ensuring invoices match initial requests.Create andanalyze supply chain KPIs to enhance performance.Coordinate withregulatory affairs to ensure compliance in importation and distribution.Upload datainto the ERP system, validate accuracy, and resolve discrepancies withsuppliers.Collaboratewith inspection agencies to obtain required certifications for specificshipments.Prepare monthlyreports on sales, inventory, and forecasts, and share them with relevantstakeholders.Lead the supplychain team, foster skill development, and drive motivation..Improve costefficiency and time management through innovative supply solutions RequirementsAcademicqualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or anequivalent field.Minimum of 5years of professional experience in supply chain or procurement, withproficiency in ERP systems.Strongleadership and analytical skills, including team management, negotiation, andproblem -solving.High personalattributes such as accuracy, discipline, resilience under pressure, andstrategic thinking.
