Job Title: Project Manager Employment Period: Project - 6 months Location: Tripoli Reports to: Executive Director Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects within specified deadlines and budget. This role requires coordination with various teams to ensure objectives and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning:    - Develop work plans and schedules for projects.    - Identify and allocate required resources effectively.    - Establish and monitor the project budget. 2. Project Execution:    - Lead and direct multiple work teams.    - Ensure all project phases are completed according to the schedule and plan.    - Track progress and resolve issues that teams may encounter. 3. Monitoring and Evaluation:    - Monitor the financial performance of the project, ensuring adherence to the budget.    - Assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans.    - Prepare periodic reports to present progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders. 4. Quality Management:    - Ensure projects meet specified quality standards.    - Conduct reviews and audits to ensure compliance with required standards. 5. Communication and Coordination:    - Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.    - Organize regular meetings to assess progress and discuss challenges and opportunities. 6. Project Closure:    - Ensure all tasks are completed according to specified standards and timelines.    - Prepare and present closure reports and required documentation. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project management. - PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage. - Strong planning, organizational, and problem -solving skills. - Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project or similar.
