Our client lookingfor a Project Manager to lead and oversee technology projects from inception tocompletion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time,within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resources allocation.Coordinate and communicate effectively with development teams, clients, and management.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project teams.Work as an integral part of the company's overall operational workflow, engaging in cross -functional collaboration rather than solely focusing on project management tasks.Begin under the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the role of Second Officer for onboarding, with a structured transition to Project Manager after a few months, under the continued supervision of the COO.Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is required for this role.Proven experience managing technology projects, preferably in software development or IT.Excellent leadership, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast -paced environment.
