Dawaam is a leading Libyan recruitment, manpower, payroll/EOR, and HR consultancy firm, supporting local and international organizations across oil & gas, construction, healthcare, NGOs, education, and corporate sectors.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support our recruitment, manpower, and training services.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will play a key commercial role in acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and supporting Dawaam's growth across recruitment, manpower, payroll/EOR, and training services.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to a commercially minded professional who is comfortable engaging with clients, preparing proposals, responding to tenders, and supporting online business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients across key sectors

  • Promote Dawaam's recruitment, manpower, payroll/EOR, and training services

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline

  • Maintain strong, professional client relationships

Proposals & Tenders

  • Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals for clients

  • Support responses to RFQs and tenders, in coordination with internal teams

  • Liaise with management and technical teams to finalize proposals and submissions

Training & Cross-Selling

  • Identify training opportunities within existing and new clients

  • Support the promotion and sale of corporate training programs

  • Coordinate with the Training team on client requirements and offerings

Online Business Development & Marketing Support

  • Support online lead-generation activities, including social media outreach

  • Prepare basic content and captions to promote Dawaam's services and vacancies

  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through digital and online platforms

  • Contribute ideas for marketing and business development campaigns

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales (services sector preferred)

Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR services, or training sales is an advantage

Strong Arabic communication skills; good English required

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

Organized, proactive, and target-oriented

Comfortable preparing proposals and handling client documentation

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Existing corporate network is a plus
