
Senior Sales Development Specialist

The Senior Sales Development Specialist manages the full sales development process, drafts and refines client proposals, and drives business growth through lead generation and client engagement. This role supports HEMFA's 2022–2025 Strategic Plan by contributing to sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.
Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales development cycle from prospecting to client onboarding.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Draft, edit, and refine commercial proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns using multiple communication channels.
- Maintain and update CRM data and client engagement records.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and improve conversion rates.
- Mentor and support junior staff in sales and proposal writing best practices.
- Ensure adherence to HEMFA's sales standards, compliance, and ethical practices.
- Any other tasks as required by the line manager and within the framework of the business line.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales development or account management.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding of customer behavior and market strategies.
