What You Will Do as a Sales ManagerAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy, driving business growth, and overseeing sales, marketing, and customer relations. Your primary goal is to expand the company's market presence, enhance profitability, and ensure long-term business sustainability within the electrical services sector.
Qualifications & Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- - 4+ years of general experience, with at least 3 years in a related role.
- - Demonstrated ability to devise and implement effective commercial strategies.
- Robust leadership capabilities, with a history of leading sales and marketing teams.
- - Outstanding skills in building relationships with clients and business partners.
- - Comprehensive understanding of market research, competitive assessment, and commercial legislation.
- - Financial expertise in budgeting and tracking performance indicators.
- - Superior skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
- Capability for strategic thought and analytical problem-solving.
- - Additional qualifications in sales and marketing are beneficial.
- - English Proficiency.
- - Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- - Designing electrical systems for low and medium voltage, including industrial power distribution systems, transformers, and switchgear.
- - Lead pricing and sales strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.
- - Oversee the sales and marketing teams, ensuring efficient execution of business development initiatives.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine strategies accordingly.
- - Manage and negotiate contracts with key business partners.
- - Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in all commercial activities.
- Working Days & Hours: Saturday to Thursday
- Location: Tripoli
