We're on the lookout for a social media manager who'll be able to build a strong online following. You'll handle the social networking activity of top companies, build an online audience and promote the brand through creative engagement. Unconventional hours with flexibility to work from any location. Be the orchestrator of a talented team and help lift our clients to new heights.Responsibilities:
Research audience preferences and identify social networks that would be optimal for building brand reputationDevelop a social media strategy to promote brand presenceCreate original, engaging content to drive interest and build buzz around launch of new features/productsMonitor for customer communication and respond to queries in a timely mannerMeasure impact and drive process improvements as requiredStay up to date with developments in social platforms for maximum operational excellencePresent periodic reports to manage with recommendations and insights based on analysisRequirements:
[1-2] years experience working in similar positionHigh school diploma is mandatoryTech-savvy with a prominent social presence on one or more networksProven experience in developing creative content for engagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of popular analytic and social media management tools-
