Your Mission as a Business Head – Danube Home Franchise (Libya):

As the Business Head, your mission is to spearhead and manage the comprehensive operations of the Danube Home franchise across Libya. You will be entrusted with executing strategic plans, optimizing performance across the Projects, B2B, and Retail verticals, and ensuring the franchise's growth, profitability, and alignment with Dubai HQ directives. This is a pivotal leadership role aimed at driving the market expansion and operational excellence of a leading home solutions brand.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as Business Head – Danube Home Franchise:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Projects, B2B, and Retail to meet growth targets.
  • Cross-Vertical Oversight: Supervise key heads of departments and ensure synergy across functions.
  • Team Management: Build a high-performance culture, lead talent development, and establish clear KPIs.
  • Financial Management: Manage the P&L, optimize budgets, and enhance profitability through cost control and revenue growth.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Act as the central link between Libya operations and Dubai HQ, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency.
  • Market Development: Identify new opportunities for retail expansion, partnerships, and brand penetration.
  • Compliance & Standards: Uphold brand, legal, and operational standards as per global directives.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as Business Head:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in home improvement, building materials, or retail.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-vertical operations effectively.
  • Strong command over business strategy, financial acumen, and market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (additional language is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across Libya and coordinate with international stakeholders.
