Hiring for a Construction platform that helps to build roads & bridges in Libya.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project goals, developing detailed plans, managing budgets and resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mitigating risks. This role requires ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, monitoring progress against scope, schedule, and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and

closure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in project management tools

Responsibilities.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute road and bridge construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Managing Director, assisting in administrative and project management tasks.

• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, ensuring alignment with quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.

• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and government authorities to facilitate seamless project execution.

• Prepare, monitor, and review project budgets, providing regular updates to the Managing Director.

• Oversee Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure adherence to project specifications.

• Collaborate with supervising departments to track progress, troubleshoot on-site issues, and maintain safety and technical compliance.

Requirements.

Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Experience: 12 years or above experience managing large-scale road and bridge construction projects, including oversight of QC/QA, safety compliance, and budget control.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, material management, project planning, and industry-standard project management tools.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in challenging environments, deliver results under pressure, and travel within Libya as needed.

Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
