Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant -
Senior Cardiothoracic Surgery to join our client in Tripoli, Libya. As a
leading healthcare provider in the region, our client is committed to providing
the highest quality of care to our patients and are looking for a dedicated
professional to help us achieve this goal.

As a Consultant - Senior Cardiothoracic Surgery, you will be
responsible for providing expert surgical care to patients with heart and lung
conditions. This includes performing surgeries such as coronary artery bypass,
valve replacement, and lung resections. You will also be involved in
pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as providing consultations and
follow-up care for patients.

In addition to your clinical duties, you will also play a key
role in mentoring and training junior doctors, as well as participating in
research and quality improvement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to
work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and contribute
to the development of our department.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Board certification in Anesthesiology and Critical Care

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in Cardiac
Anesthesia and ICU

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
