Safety Supervisor

We are seeking on behalf of our client (Safety Supervisor), for a company specialises in oil field services, infrastructure development, and consulting within the petroleum industry. The Safety Supervisor (HSE Supervisor) is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and policies at the well site or land rig. This role involves conducting safety inspections, enforcing safety protocols, training personnel, and leading emergency response efforts to prevent accidents and minimize risks. The Safety Supervisor works closely with rig management, crew members, and client representatives to promote a strong safety culture. Responsibilities:Implement and enforce HSE policies, ensuring compliancewith OSHA, IADC, API, and local regulations.Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments toidentify and address hazards. Organize HSEtraining, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for all personnel.Investigate incidents, update emergency response plans, andrecommend corrective actions.Oversee waste management, spill prevention, andenvironmental compliance measures.Maintain HSE records, prepare reports, and track safetyperformance indicators. RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health C Safety,Environmental Science, or Engineering (preferredbut not mandatory).Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE roles within drilling operations / oil s gasindustry.Fluent English, strong communication, and leadershipskills. Knowledge ofdrilling operations, hazards, and risk prevention; experience with incidentsinvestigations and HSE tools. Ability to work inremote areas under tough conditions. Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
