CNC LATE AND Milling Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of CNC Lathe and Milling machines.
• Plan, assign, and monitor machining work based on production requirements for armored vehicle components (e.g.,chassis, brackets, suspension parts, ballistic panels).
• Review technical drawings, 3D models, and machining programs to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.
• Optimize CNC programs and tooling setups to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality machining standards.
• Train and guide machine operators on CNC setup,operation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Design, Fabrication, and Assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards and export specifications for armored vehicles.
• Maintain records of machine utilization, tool wear, maintenance schedules, and production reports.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and machinery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 510 years of experience in CNC machining, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in vehicle or defense manufacturing preferred.
