Job Summary
Educational Talent Search ( ETS ) seeks students who have the drive to be college-bound students. Our program provides comprehensive academic and social support to middle and high school students from modest-income families and from backgrounds that may not adequately prepare them for college. We encourage our students to complete high school and enroll in post-secondary programs and institution for higher learning. To achieve its goals, Talent Search depends on the support and involvement of families to help students achieve their best. The ETS ( SEED ) Summer Enrichment Education Development provides comprehensive academic and social support to middle and high school students from modest-income families and from backgrounds that may not adequately prepare them for college. We encourage our students to complete high school and enroll in post-secondary programs and institution for higher learning. The ETS ( SEED ) program features activities that encourage success and help students maintain teachers and Educational Talent Search staff. Cultural and recreational activities & field trips, career awareness/college readiness, local/out of state College and business/industrial site tours.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, guidance counseling, or related field; supplemented with 2 years of experience teaching, counseling, or other related experience, preferably with experience in the following areas: one-on-one instruction, tutoring, and mentoring.
