Our client leading Odoo partner and ERP implementationspecialist in Libya, is seeking an ERP Accountant to join their team. Inthis role, you will play a dual role in supporting both client ERPimplementations and internal accounting operations. The ideal candidate willdemonstrate strong adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach tolearning new systems and processes. KeyResponsibilities: ​Work as part of the ERP implementation team to deliver customized solutions to clients.Assist in designing and implementing financial systems, including chart of accounts, cost accounting, income accounting, and payroll integrations.Support internal accounting functions as part of the finance team.Conduct client training and provide post -implementation support.Continuously learn and adapt to different types of client projects. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience; resilience, fast learning, and proactivity are key.Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) or a willingness to learn.Strong problem -solving and research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
