Electrical Systems Engineer

About the Role:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
  
• Design and implement electrical infrastructure, including wiring, circuit breakers, and panels.
  
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and develop preventative maintenance plans.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of electrical work and inspections.

Requirements:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant electrical certifications or licenses a plus.
  
• 3+ years of experience as an Electrician with land-based drilling rigs and familiarity with rig-specific electrical systems.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment used in industrial or oil and gas settings.
  
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues.
  
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
