Pharmacy Operations Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting pharmacists in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering medications as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Processing insurance claims and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhering to all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Staying up-to-date on medications and their uses
• Performing administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician certification or license (if required by state)
• Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of insurance and prescription billing processes
• Proficiency with computer systems and software
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
