Main Duties:
• Well Construction & Planning: Take charge of the creation of drilling strategies, including casing plans and well control measures.
• Operational Assistance: Deliver on-the-spot technical guidance throughout the drilling process and enhance operational efficiency.
• Safety & Risk Oversight: Safeguard adherence to safety guidelines, perform risk evaluations, and look into any occurrences.
• Financial Management: Formulate and oversee drilling financial plans, manage expenditures, and authorize service charges.
• Innovation & Technology: Introduce and incorporate advanced drilling technologies to boost productivity.
• Leadership: Guide and support junior engineers while promoting a strong, team-oriented work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with geology, reservoir, and operational teams to achieve drilling goals.
