Job Title: Branch & Project Manager - (KMG-Libya)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized project manager to join our team at Kasrawy Group in Benghazi, Libya, to act as the company's on-ground representative.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of various aspects, like construction and fit-out activities of the new showroom, coordinating suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications, managing procurement and logistics, and establishing a fully functional branch operation. Post-construction, the role transitions into full Branch Administration Manager responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

2. Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

5. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.

6. Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

8. Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

9. Provide regular reports on project progress, including milestones achieved and any deviations from the project plan.

10. Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/branch management.

3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

5. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

8. Experience working in a cross-cultural and diverse team environment.

9. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
