On behalf of our client, a leading group of companies in Libya, specializes in Fashion Retail, F&B, Healthcare, Automobiles, Construction, Electromechanical, and Alternative Energy. We are seeking a (Project & Maintenance Manager) leads projects and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery, efficiency, and facility sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and supervise project teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate and select vendors and negotiate maintenance contracts.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor project and maintenance teams.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Assign tasks, set expectations, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Support professional development of team members.
  • Develop and manage budgets for projects and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Communication & Problem Solving
  • Identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with top management to resolve challenges.
  • Report project and maintenance status to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project and maintenance management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Language Requirements:

  • Arabic: Native level.
  • English: Intermediate level.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Working days: Sat – Thu.
