We are seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Senior Engineer to join our team at Kasrawy Group in KMG-Libya. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive workshop and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mechanics and technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
- Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated with industry developments and implement new technologies and techniques to improve workshop operations
- Prepare reports and maintain records of workshop activities and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
