Job Opening: Simulation Engineer – Coiled Tubing Operations Location: On -site oilfield operations Rotation: 3 months on -site / 1 month off Contract Type: Unlimited Duration Role Overview: We are seeking a Simulation Engineer specializing in Coiled Tubing to join our team in Libya's oilfields. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, optimizing, and executing coiled tubing operations, while liaising directly with client engineers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with client engineers to design and optimize coiled tubing operations such as:N2 lift operationsWell washingAcidizingWellbore descalingSand flushing, clean -out, and unblocking operationsFormulate and test liquids used in operations (e.g., acidizing and unblocking) in line with client specifications.Analyze field data, solve technical issues (e.g., stuck pipes and fishing), and compile comprehensive operation reports.Create technical operating procedures and emergency response plans.Provide technical training and guidance to operational teams.Be proficient in production simulation software and familiar with reservoir production enhancement processes.Understand and apply engineering principles and best practices in all tasks. Requirements5+ years in oilfield operations3+ years in a similar simulation/coiled tubing roleStrong understanding of reservoir engineering, production enhancement, and fluid dynamicsAbility to fluently speak and write in both English and Arabic
