Your Mission as a Sourcing Specialist

As a Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain process from procurement to delivery. You will ensure smooth order management, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination to maintain operational efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing supply risks, improving lead times, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Sourcing Specialist

• Support the sourcing process from initial request to purchase order issuance.
• Conduct market research and benchmark suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical and operational requirements.
• Prepare and issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and collect competitive bids.
• Perform cost and commercial analyses to support supplier selection.
• Maintain accurate sourcing documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Contribute to contract negotiation and drafting under supervision.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits as required.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Sourcing Specialist

• Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields:
  • Supply Chain Management (strongly preferred)
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Or another related engineering discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM
