Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead and develop the brand strategy in the Libyan market. The successful candidate will enhance visibility, build customer loyalty, and ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging aligned with both global and local visions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to grow brand presence and boost sales.
  • Lead advertising campaigns across channels while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Oversee brand identity usage in all communications and outlets.
  • Enhance customer experience and loyalty through engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align efforts and report on brand performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Experience in food & beverage or retail is an advantage.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, MS Office, Canva).
  • Leadership, customer focus, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • KPI-driven: brand awareness, sales growth, campaign success, and customer satisfaction.
