We are seeking a seasoned Night Toolpusher with deep drilling experience to oversee drilling activities and ensure the safety of personnel and operations in KUWAIT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise night crew members, including Drillers, Derrickhands, Floorhands, and other rig personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Toolpusher to direct and control all operational functions of the rig during the night shift.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
  • Oversee drilling activities, including well control and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Work closely with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all rig activities.
  • Participate in emergency response procedures and drills as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Night Toolpusher with a strong background in 2500HP and above deep drilling operations.
  • Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
  • Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A commitment to safety and proactive hazard identification and mitigation.
