We are seeking on behalf of our client (Country Manager), for an international leading company specializing in car sales andpremium maintenance services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:    Develop andimplement business strategies to achieve company goals.   Manage andoversee daily operations in the country.   Ensurecompliance with local laws and regulations.   Build andmaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.   Monitormarket trends and identify new business opportunities.   Managebudgets and financial performance.   Lead andmotivate a high -performing team.   Ensurecustomer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.   Collaboratewith global leadership to align country strategies.   Conductregular performance reviews and provide feedback.   Developand implement marketing and sales strategies.   Managerisks and ensure business continuity.   Representthe company at industry events and conferences.   Prepareand present reports to senior management.   Ensureoperational efficiency and continuous improvement.   Stay updatedwith industry trends and best practices.   Will workclosely with the global leadership team to align country strategies withoverall company objectives.   Will involvedeveloping and implementing business plans, managing budgets, and ensuringcompliance with local regulations.   Will also beresponsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing risks, andensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements     Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration.    PMPcertification is preferred.    Over 20 yearsof experience in a similar role.    Proven trackrecord in driving business growth and strategic planning.    Expertise inleadership, team management, and financial oversight.    Strongproblem -solving and communication skills.    Proficient inEnglish and local languages, with a readiness to travel.    Skilled inworking under pressure and managing complex environments.
