Your Mission as a Laboratory Technician

As a Lab Technician, your mission is to ensure the reliability and safety of our products by performing critical laboratory tests and quality assurance procedures. You will be instrumental in supporting field operations through detailed reporting and by maintaining rigorous standards in lab operations.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Laboratory Technician
  • Perform quality assurance tests on products and prepare detailed laboratory reports.
  • Operate and maintain cementing and stimulation lab equipment effectively.
  • Conduct basic lab testing, including cementing thickening time, fluid loss, rheology, and water analysis.
  • Support senior technicians in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient lab environment.
  • Ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste and participate in internal audits.
  • Maintain accurate lab databases and follow strict QA/QC protocols.
  • Perform risk assessments and address safety hazards proactively.
  • Attend and maintain all required SHE certifications and adhere to company and regulatory safety standards.
  • Promote and follow OS 10 Key Behaviors and participate in service quality and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Laboratory Technician
  • Strong communication skills in English and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and basic software applications.
  • Understanding of Sub BL Technology product SOPs.
  • Capability to work independently and follow detailed laboratory procedures.
  • Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and continuous learning.
