Our client, leading Odoo partner and ERP implementation specialist in Libya, is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will support the implementation of HR modules for client ERP systems while also assisting with various HR tasks within the company. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn, and possess strong problem -solving skills, ensuring seamless HR operations both for the clients and internally. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to customize and integrate HR modules for client systems.Assist in designing and deploying HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee records management within ERP systems.Provide internal HR support for Streamline Technology Ltd., ensuring smooth HR operations.Conduct client training sessions on HR ERP modules and provide post -implementation support.Stay updated on best practices in HR technology and ERP systems to improve services continuously. RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in HR or ERP systems is advantageous but not required; the willingness to learn and adapt is key.Familiarity with HR modules in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) or the ability to quickly learn new systems.Strong problem -solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits
