Salary: £25,000 + Commission (OTE £30,000)

AM Talent are recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join a cutting-edge fully remote estate agency brokerage.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and working closely with the estate agents out on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming enquiries booking appointments.
• Managing a database of registered applicants and mining to generate new viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, solicitor referrals and survey referrals.
• Building rapport with current clients and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborating with your partner agents out on the road to facilitate property viewings and valuations.
• Providing excellent customer service and gaining positive client reviews.

Requirements:

• Prior estate agency experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to mine data and generate leads.
• Comfortable working autonomously
