Your Mission as a Sales Account ManagerAs a Sales Account Manager, your primary mission is to build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales targets.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Sales Account Manager- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present new products and services to clients to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Track and report sales performance, preparing forecasts and insights.
- Assist with client onboarding and provide training on products and services.
- 3 years + of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Communications or Networks), Computer Science, or MBA with Telecom Certificates and Experience.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, such as consultative and solution selling.
- Experience in managing client accounts and developing sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and track KPIs.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to prepare proposals and presentations.
- MBA or relevant business management courses (is a plus).
- Experience in sales of telecom, IT, or ISP-related products (is a plus).
- Sales experience with vendors like Cisco (is a plus).
- Background in sales and marketing (is a plus).
- Working Hours: 9 to 3, Sunday to Thursday.
- Location (For Vacency 1): Abusetta, Tripoli - Libya.
- Location (For Vacency 2): Benghazi - Libya.
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
