Job SummaryUnder general direction, the Benefits Analyst III works on a cross-functional team to identify and recommend strategic changes to Saint Louis University's benefit plans. As a direct report to the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, this position is responsible for job activities that include analysis, design and administration of employer benefits programs, communicating with benefit vendors, plan participants, and employees across the university.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree HR, Finance/Accounting, mathematics, statistics or related field or equivalent experience with 5-7 years of experience.
