Oversee all aspects of concrete production, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and project specifications.
Manage the batching process, including accurate material weighing, mixing, and delivery to meet production schedules.
Maintain and troubleshoot batching plant equipment, performing routine maintenance and coordinating repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures) and place timely orders to avoid shortages.
Supervise and train batch plant personnel, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
Analyze concrete mix designs and make adjustments as necessary to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols, including proper waste disposal and spill prevention.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely concrete delivery.
Maintain accurate records of production, material usage, and equipment maintenance for reporting and analysis.
Implement and enforce safety procedures, promoting a culture of safety among all plant personnel.

Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant vocational certification.
Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in concrete batch plant operations, showing a solid understanding of the industry.
