Case Manager

Job Summary
Under administrative direction from an Assistant Dean, the Case Manager serves as a resource for students along with emergency support and outreach to students. Through the framework of Cura Personalis, all personnel in the Dean of Students Office respond to significant health issues and personal matters to provide consultation, assistance and appropriate referrals for students in distress. The Case Manager supports the Division of Student Development Care and Concern Protocol for students in distress; coordinates assessment efforts to address student success strategies for the Dean of Students Office; and provides support for case management for the Dean of Students Office.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in higher education administration or social work; supplemented with two (2) to three (3) years of related post-graduate degree in higher education experience preferred.
