Your Mission as a Store ManagerAs the Store General Manager, your mission is to lead a customer-focused team to passionately deliver a one-of-a-kind Pinkberry experience. You will ensure operational excellence, team development, and drive both sales and profitability while maintaining the brand's high standards.
You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Store Manager- Model and instill Pinkberry's vision, mission, and values daily.
- Recruit and onboard team members aligned with Pinkberry's culture.
- Conduct comprehensive training and orientation for new hires.
- Champion exceptional customer service and identify areas for improvement.
- Execute local store marketing plans and organize special events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and control food and labor costs.
- Manage inventory, vendor coordination, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, health, safety, and security regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Motivate the team with effective performance management and goal-setting.
- Cultivate internal talent for future leadership opportunities.
- Foster community connections and handle administrative reporting.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in food service or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership with the ability to identify and nurture talent.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage costs effectively and boost sales.
- Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences.
- Flexible to work varied shifts and days.
- Food safety certification (as per local regulations).
- Physically capable of performing tasks like lifting and handling machinery in a noisy environment.
- Location: Benghazi, Libya.
- Working Hours: 6 days a week.
