We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Cardiacthoracic Surgery to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L. in Tripoli, Libya.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with cardiovascular and thoracic diseases, including physical examination, diagnostic testing, and medical history review
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their condition and medical history
- Perform complex surgical procedures on the heart, lungs, and other thoracic organs
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery to ensure their safety and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and technicians, to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in cardiacthoracic surgery through continuous education and training
- Participate in research and academic activities to contribute to the advancement of the field
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support regarding their condition and treatment plan
- Medical degree from an accredited university
- Board certification in Cardiacthoracic Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Specialist in Cardiacthoracic Surgery
- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular and thoracic diseases and their treatment
- Proficient in performing complex surgical procedures on the heart, lungs, and other thoracic organs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid medical license from Home Country
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
