Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Accurately assess patient needs through thorough initial evaluations.
• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Combine various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities, to create tailored treatment plans.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Closely track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care strategies, and preventative measures to promote long-term health and well-being.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices by attending conferences, workshops, and continuing education programs.
• Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to strict ethical and legal guidelines, prioritizing patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Valid and current physical therapy license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a diverse patient population.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
