ERP Consultant

The role of a Consultant 2 involves working closely with onsite and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalise deliverables. The successful candidate will ensure quality project delivery of produced deliverables and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.

A strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, LCS, and Azure DevOps is essential for this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation.

• Work with onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables
• Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
• Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written & verbal communication & team participation.
• Assist with the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis
• Contribute to and/or creation of solution documentation
• Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
• Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project
• Contribute to Pre-Sales activities as required including building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations
• Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs
• Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line and its applications. They will also have excellent client relationship management skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Degree Level of Education
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy or 3 end-to-end implementations
• Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
• Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
• Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
• Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
• Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
• Strong Client Relationship Management
