Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to oversee the fabrication and installation of a wellhead platform offshore in North Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore oil and gas projects, with a focus on wellhead platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire construction process, from fabrication to offshore installation

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Relevant degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related field)

Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore construction, including 5 years in a senior management role

Extensive knowledge of wellhead platform fabrication and installation techniques

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in challenging offshore environments
