  • ESP field experience required : Min 2 to 10 years+ continuous field experience as ESP Field specialist/supervisor  with main role ESP  installation  & Pull  /splicing cable LEAD &NON LEAD type  /shimming  /Y-tool installation /ESP startup /ESP well test operations, strong technical knowledge and use of pump connection table/ strong Adherence to ESP job preparation/installation procedures , commissioning and startup of Variable speed drives and switchboard types , troubleshooting modes , very good communication skills , strong adherence to HSE rules , high level of energy, team work  and leadership mindset   , ??

        Multi-rate well test + ESP Installation? & Pull?
        VSD skids Commissioning w/ SU transformers?-ESP startup?
