Rotating Equipment Foreman

AMAZON OIL SERVICE is recruiting a Proffessonal Expats in the position of Rotating Equipment Foreman on behalf of one of our client in the Oil Sector.

Main function of the job: -
Mechanical rotating equipment foremen typically have a wide range of responsibilities includes planning daily and weekly maintenance, routine
overhaul and installation of rotating equipments as well as supervise workers, tracking work progress, making sure that everyone is working effectively, efficiently and the work completed on time with high quality and safety requirements in oil industry.

Duties and responsibilities: -
- Undertaken planning maintenance, overhaul and testing activities of gas turbines, compressors, pumps motors drivers, blowers, fans, lubrication
systems, filtration systems, Gear drives, mechanical & hydraulic power transmission systems.
- Scheduling and supervise rotating equipment repairs, overhaul, installation and commissioning.
- Prepare purchase order and request the required spare parts and materials to ensure that all rotating equipment is functioning properly.
- Assigning work tasks to laborers such as mechanical technicians, pipefitters, welders, etc.
- Supervising maintenance/installation workers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly and using standard operating procedures and
adhering to safety regulations of oil and gas industry.
- Analyses equipment faults and makes recommendation regarding corrective action.
- Carry out rotating equipment inspection and perform rotating equipment alignment.
- Reporting working activities and potential problems to supervisor so they can be addressed before they become major issues.

- Provide on the job training to junior technicians in proper safety procedures and techniques for using equipment and machinery used on the job site
- Prepare technical and routine maintenance/installation reports and keep records pertaining to the installed and repaired equipment's.

Qualualification & Experience: -
- Education: - Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
- Experience: - Minimum 15 years in mechanical rotating equipment's, installation and maintenance in oil and gas industry.
- fully familiar with maintenance softwares such as CMMS and Maximo.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Computer skills MS office
